29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed.  a) Mill - On or about October 18, 2013, an extension cord was routed through an opening in the side of the electrical switch box for the gang ripsaw.  The opening was not fully closed.  b) Gang Ripsaw - On or about October 18, 2013, the motor load percentage indicator was detached from its fitting on the gang ripsaw and was hanging on the side of the gang ripsaw fram by electrical wires.  The electrical wires were not protected from abrasion.
