Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) United Methodist Church, 26 Jordan Street, Skaneateles NY - On or about 21 October, 2013 - Employees were working on a low sloped roof above 6 feet less than 50 feet in width, without the use of a safety monitoring system. JD. Ferro Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 386282, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 21 June, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 124 West Buffalo Street, Ithaca NY.
