29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.     The employer does not protect employees on a walking/working surface from falling through holes, more than six feet above a lower level.   This violation occurred on or about October 11, 2013, on the second floor, where an employee was exposed to fall hazards while measuring for stud placement near a hole, which was more than six feet above a lower lever.           Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are protected from falling through holes more than six feet above a lower lever.
