29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Second floor, new townhouse construction located on Lot #90 Vintage Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while working directly under 5 roof trusses hoisted by a crane. The employee working directly under the load of trusses was not wearing a hard hat.
