29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7): The employer shall provide training to ensure that the purpose and functions of he energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, useage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees.  The training shall include: (A) Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of the applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and mangnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control   a) Back of property: The employer did not train the employee that was performing maintenance onto the skid steer, on lock-out tag out procedures, exposing the employee to crush by hazards, on or about 10/16/2013.
