29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): The employer who has a workplace in which there was a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level did not inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation: (a) RBS Fab, Inc. - The employer did not inform employee(s) who were assisting in the melting and pouring of lead ingots of the content of Appendix A and B of the standard, on or about October 24, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (1910.1200). The employer did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of lead and to material safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section: (a) RBS Fab, Inc. - The employer did not include information on lead in the written hazard communications program. Employee(s) melted lead ingots in a crucible and poured the contents in a lead lined shield box, on or about October 24, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
