29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. At the location of 16301 Flint St. in Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in structural framing were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from the second floor rafters to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that each employee did not receive a training program to recognize and to minimize the hazards of falling.

The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.
