29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: The power cord was pulled out from the strain relief connected to the saw. (a) Location: 93 East Main Street, Hopkinton MA, 01748 On or about 10/22/2013, employees were not protected from electric shock and burns from an electrical cord that had no strain relief.
