29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) Production Area - On and prior to October 23, 2013, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on top of the modules without adequate fall protection. The distance from the top of the module to the floor is approximately 11'. b) Production Area - On and prior to October 23, 2013, employees were exposed to fall hazards while walking on a plank connecting the platform adjacent to the modules to the mezzanine. The distance from the plank to the floor is approximately 8'. c) Production Area - On and prior to October 23, 2013, employees were exposed to fall hazards while walking and working on the platforms adjacent to the modules that did not have adequate guard rails in place. The distance from the platforms to the floor is approximately 8'.
