NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICAITON, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    a) 189 Jacobstown-New Egypt Road, Wrightstown NJ: On or about 10/24/13, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground surface below when working/standing from an unsecured wooden pallet that was elevated by a JCB 506CHL Telescopic All-Terrain Forklift.  At the time of the inspection, the exposed employee was not provided with a Personal Fall Arrest System, guardrails, safety nets, etc.
