On or about 10/24/2013 at 3020 Evergreen Drive, Duluth, GA; employees were exposed to potential smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the emergency exit light, located in the Northeast corner of the warehouse, was not operational. B. On or about 10/24/2013 at 3020 Evergreen Drive, Duluth, GA; employees were exposed to potential smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the emergency exit flood lights, located in the Northeast corner, were inoperative.
