29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not recorded on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred:  Harrah's Cherokee Casino:  On or about July 31, 2013, an employee injured his groin while stepping over a boom lift arm that resulted in 30 days of lost time. This injury was not recorded onto the 2013 OSHA log within 7 calendar days of the injury.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
