29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs were not used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures: a) Structural Modulars, 101 Southern Avenue in Strattanville, PA, shut-off locations for the natural gas pipeline. On or about October 24, 2013, and times prior thereto, the natural gas pipeline was not marked to indicate where the shut-off valves were located.
