29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  (a)  On or about 10/25/13, carpets in the telephone-answering room were ripped and frayed, exposing employees to a tripping hazard.  C & F Answering Service, Inc., formerly known as Paul Coburn Associates, Inc. dba C & F Associates, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908801, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/26/13, with respect to a workplace located at 21 Market St, Fitchburg MA.
