29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a).  At the multi-family development on Rinehart Road, in Sanford, Florida, employees          while transporting roof trusses along the top of the building were not protected from          the fall hazard 30 feet from the edge of the floor joist to the ground level as observed          on or about September 25, 2013.  (b).  At the multi-family development on Rinehart Road, on top of building #6 where two          employees were tying in roof trusses with no fall protection being used to protect them          from the fall hazard of 10 to 30 feet which was present on each of the open sides as          observed on or about September 25, 2013.
