29 CFR 1926.150(a)(2): Access to all available firefighting equipment was not maintained at all times: A.) Poole Anderson Construction, LLC, 8170 Perry Highway, Erie, PA 16509, southwest side of the structure, on or about October 24, 2013 and times prior thereto: The right side of a fire hydrant was blocked by a concrete catch basin. B.) Poole Anderson Construction, LLC, 8170 Perry Highway, Erie, PA 16509, northeast side of the structure, on or about October 24, 2013 and times prior thereto: A tractor trailer was parked by a fire hydrant. The tractor trailer's parking position adversely affected the ability of fire fighting vehicles to access the fire hydrant.
