Location: 325 West Broadway, New York, NY On or About October 25, 2013 a) More than 25 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids such as but not limited to Paints, Paint Thinners, Varnish, Neoprene-based contact cement and Bituthene mastic were stored indoors in a room outside of an approved storage cabinet. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

Location: 325 West Broadway, NY NY On or About October 25, 2013 a) Temorary lighting attached to handrail of stairwell and contained sockets with broken bulb and missing bulb. Stairs located in back building and were used to access the upper floors by employees on site. b) Temporary lights for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact by employees by a cage or cover throughout the 1st and 2nd floors. Located in building back of site. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
