Iowa Ave., Denver, CO 80219; On and before October 24, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure advanced warning was adequately placed to protect employees from traffic on the southbound lane of S. Irving St.  The employer did not follow the Traffic Control Plan. The condition exposed employees performing concrete work to struck by hazards from on coming traffic.
