The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated   a)Aerial lift (front of sign): Employees performing work in an aerial lift at approximately 10' did not have a harness and lanyard on or about 10/22/13.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
