29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) Exterior, North Side - An employee was refueling a Bob Cat model number T190, serial number 5316116351, at a 500 gallon diesel fuel tank that was not protected from physical damage, on or about 10/25/13. For the purposes of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.
