This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 6363 N. 70th Street, Lincoln, NE 68509, where the employer has taken the forks that came with the forklift and inverted them so as to increase the lifts height lifting capability without having researched with the manufacturer to determine that the change will not have an adverse effect to the lifts capability.
