29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Construction site: On or about November 28, 2013, 4 employees were doing foundation work, on building 6, at 150 Castellano; protruding steel rebar rods were not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. This hazard exposed employees to an impalement hazard.
