29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: On or about October 29, 2013, one employee was cutting wall siding outside the apartment being framed. The saw was connected to an extension cord with insulation damage, exposed electrical conductors. The employer did not provide Safety & Health Programs to enable employees to recognize the hazards. Hazards associated with framing buildings are such as but not limited to amputation, fall protection, struck-by, and electrical hazards.
