29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: (a) Robotic Angio Lab - On or about 10/29/13, employees were exposed to fall hazards when the ladder was not used on a stable and level surface in that the footing of the ladder was resting on conduit piping. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
