29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Letter Press Bindery: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the flexible cord connected to the four plex outlet did not have adequate strain relief as the flexible cord where it connected to the four plex outlet had the insulation pulled back exposing interior wiring. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
