29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) 16 Montpellier St Springfield, MA: On or about October 18, 2013, an employee was working in an aerial lift more than 50 FT above the ground below without being attached to the boom or basket as required by this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
