29 CFR 1926.305(a)(1): The manufacturer's rated capacity was not legibly marked on all jacks. a) 496 Centerville Rd, Gordonville PA; Excavation - Jacks were used to support two 45 feet L x 10 inch W steel I-beams (Gerdau, 8,910 lbs.) and the manufacturer's labels were illegible therefore the jacks rated capacity was unknown exposing employees working below the I-beams to struck-by and crushed-by hazards, on or about October 30, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
