Near dock door #25: Access to P-P#2 and the adjacent electrical panel was blocked by a parked Raymond reach truck and pallets of stock that had been unloaded that morning. 2. Next to the cardboard baler: Access to electrical panels was blocked by a guardrail and material stored in the area.
