29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Upper level between sections 408 & 410, Turner Field located at 755 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, GA 30348: Employees installing aluminum toe boards at the bottom of the upper deck fence from a Condor (Model 46Q8) Aerial Lift were exposed to ejection/fall hazards while working at heights of approximately 40 feet without a fall arrest system in place.
