29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) for the MSC Industrial Supply Co. Vertical Bandsaw (Model # 09514689, Serial # 0347304) observed in the shop area on or about 12/17/13. About 13-inches of the blade were unguarded exposing the operator to severe laceration hazards.
