29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (Construction Reference 1926.103) Employees required to respiratory protection when cutting on silica containing material were not provided fit testing prior to initial use of the respirator or annually thereafter. Abatement documentation required per 29 CFR 1903.19(d). L.&G. Shilts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911641, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1800 Milton Ave, Janesville, WI.
