29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about November 1, 2013, while laying out the sheathing for the 2:12 pitched roof of the house under construction; three employees were working along the edges without utilizing any fall protection system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than six feet.
