29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a). Worksite located at 119 E. Kansas Street, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the edge of the roof which was not protected by use of a guardrail. NOTE: OSHA recognizes protecting employees by the use of personal fall arrest systems and requirements as defined and regulated in 29 CFR 1926.500-.504.
