29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: (a) Outside Entrance - An employee was using an electric hand grinder to grind a brick for the walkway and was not wearing eye protection while griding, thereby exposing the employee to a hazard, observed on or about 10-29-13. (b) On the Sidewalk Near the Outside Entrance - An employee was using an Edco masonry saw to cut bricks and was wearing his prescription glasses insted of safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to a hazard, observed on or about 10-29-13. Abatement certification required.
