The Kephart Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315564468, citation number1, item number3, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10161 Lincoln Highway, Bedford, PA.

The scaffolding was missing mid-rails in addition to mising top and mid-rails on the ends of the scaffolding.    Kephart Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315564468, citation number1, item number2, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10161 Lincoln Highway, Bedford, PA.
