29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8): The employer removed or defaced labels on incoming containers of hazardous chemicals and did not immediately mark the containers with the required information: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) Rumson Country Club Pool House, 163 Rumson Road, Rumson, NJ 07760: On or about October 22, 2013 containers of Weld-on 717 PVC Cement and Weld-on Primer stored in the Mechanical Room were not properly labeled. The original labels were removed.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
