29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) At Lot 61 East Lake Subdivision Auburn, Alabama: On or about October 31, 2013 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to use a Makita Skill Saw on site that had a small piece of wood wedged in it to hold the bottom guard in place exposing his employee to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 61 East Lake Subdivision Auburn, Alabama: On or about October 31, 2013 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk on the top portion of the framed walls of a residential home without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 9.1 feet to the concrete floor below.
