29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On October 31, 2013 and at times prior thereto; roof area, employees were observed working on a 10:12 pitch roof of a three story residential home without properly securing to the personal fall arrest system in place to prevent them from falling 30-35 feet to ground level.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
