29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 176 - 178 Black Creek Road, Ashland, PA; An employee was repairing the underside of a bridge while operating a JLG 600AJ aerial lift approximately 8 feet above the ground without the fall protection harness with lanyard attached to the basket, on or about 11/04/2013. Barletta Materials & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312294317, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/03/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Sr 81 Bridge Over Lidy Road, Dupont, PA 18641.
