29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:  (a)      On or about 11/01/13, at the new residential units under construction located at Sweden Lane in Brockport, New York, elctrical cord sets were exposed to damage from vehicular traffic such as a Grove articulating boom and a Catepillar excavator.   NO ABATEMENT CETRTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a)      On or about 11/01/13, at the new residential units under construction located at Sweden Lane in Brockport, New York,  an articulating boom (JLG) was in use while the operator was not tied off to the boom basket.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
