29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use: a) Jobsite located at 163 Rumson Road, Rumson NJ 07760 - Attic: Employees from New Jersey Mechanical Contractors were exposed to struck by hazards while using an acetylene dissolved cylinder without using any steadying device to prevent the cylinder from being knocked over, observed on or about October 22, 2013. b) Jobsite located at 163 Rumson Road, Rumson NJ 07760 - Attic: Employees from New Jersey Mechanical Contractors were exposed to struck by hazards while using a compressed nitrogen cylinder from being knocked over, observed on or about October 22, 2013.
