29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) Sisters of Franciscan Village, Buckley Road - On or about 29 October, 2013 - Employees were using a table saw to cut restoration millwork PVC trim that was not guarded by a manufacturer supplied hood guard designed to enclose the saw blade above the table during operation. FAHS Construction Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314349812, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 19 August, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Keibel Road, Whitney Point NY.
