29 CFR 1926.601(b)(3): Motor vehicle(s) were not equipped with an adequate audible warning device in operable condition at the operator's station: a) Jobsite, CamTran Transit Facilities, 502 Maple Avenue, Johnstown, PA: On or before 10/24/2013, the employer was backing-up a Kenworth W-9 (F174) tractor, US DOT 156872, connected Fontaine 48 foot trailer, hauling concrete panel walls to the jobsite. The back-up audible warning device was inoperable and there was no designated signalman.
