29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about October 31, 2013, employees of All Weather Quality Roofing Inc were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). All Weather Quality Roofing Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314657081, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 13969 E. 106th Avenue Commerce City, CO 80022.
