(a) Warehouse - On or about October 30, 2013 three employees were exposed to environmental and tripping hazard when access to exit was not free of obstruction. Boxes, antique car, bulk containers, mobile containers, wooden trunks, plastic storage cabinets, bike parts, office equipment, vacuum cleaner, chairs and trash can obstructed access to nearest exit.
