29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite: Workers performing roofing and siding work while on a roof, at a height of approximately 24 feet from the ground, were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or an adequate personal fall arrest system, in that the workers were not attached to their lifelines and the lifelines were attached to roofing brackets, for a jobsite located in Pawtucket RI on or about 11-5-13. B & R Fournier Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314920968, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5-30-12, with respect to a workplace located at 274 Col. John Gardner Rd in Bonnett Shores RI.
