29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a. 243 Marin Blvd Jesery City, NJ (Front Facade) Safe access and egress to the welded tubular frame scaffold was not provided to the work platform. Employees were observed egressing a welded tubular frame scaffold work platform using the cross braces. Violation observed on or about 10/29/2013

Violation observed on or about 10/29/2013 Unlimited Building Management Corp. dba Diego F.P.V Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) Which was contained in OSHA inspection number 722761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 841 Garden St., Hoboken, NJ.
