29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:      On the cleaning cart by the bathroom and office areas of the facility, the employer is failing to ensure that employees  are protected from the potential hazards of handling chemicals in containers that are not labeled with their contents. Specifically, three bottles were not labeled with their contents, these bottles contained Glass Cleaner (Isopropyl Alcohol), Perkleen 1247-B and AFFLAB Lemon Q Disinfectant.
