29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.    a) 3076 Jasper Street, garland machine area - The "X-Mas Tinsel making Machine" was not equipped with guards to protect employees from point of operation, ingoing nip points and rotating part hazards, while making garland.  Observed on or about November 5, 2013.    b) 3076 Jasper Street, fabrication area - The "Bateman" shear was not equipped with guards to protect employees from point of operation hazards while cutting steel rod.  Observed on or about November 5, 2013.    c) 3076 Jasper Street, drill area - The milling machine equipped with a drill attachment was not equipped with guards to protect employees from rotating part hazards, while making decorations.  Observed on or about November 5, 2013.
