Observed on or about November 5, 2013. b) 3076 Jasper Street, fabrication area - The "Bateman" shear was not equipped with guards to protect employees from point of operation hazards while cutting steel rod. Observed on or about November 5, 2013. c) 3076 Jasper Street, drill area - The milling machine equipped with a drill attachment was not equipped with guards to protect employees from rotating part hazards, while making decorations. Observed on or about November 5, 2013.
