29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) On or about 11/05/13 CSHO observed an employee who was working on and from pump jack scaffold on the opposite side of the building, climb the scaffold onto the roof and then walk the entire length of the roof to get materials from a coworker while not wearing any fall protection.
